Pro-Kleen Caravan Toilet Chemical Blue 2L and Pink 2L

I recently tried the Pro-Kleen Caravan Toilet Chemical Blue 2L and Pink 2L, and while they offer some benefits, I have to admit that they don't quite match up to the quality and performance of the Thetford range that I've used in the past.

Starting with the positives, the Pro-Kleen chemicals do a decent job of breaking down waste and controlling odors in the caravan toilet. The blue and pink options provide a convenient way to differentiate between the flush and waste tanks, making the chemical application process straightforward.

However, I noticed that the Pro-Kleen chemicals don't seem to be as effective as the Thetford range when it comes to odor control and waste breakdown. While they do an acceptable job, the results were not as impressive as what I've experienced with the Thetford products. I found myself needing to use a bit more of the Pro-Kleen chemicals to achieve similar results, which can be a concern when it comes to cost-effectiveness.

In terms of ease of use, the Pro-Kleen chemicals are relatively simple to pour and mix, similar to other caravan toilet chemicals. The two-liter bottles provide a decent amount of product, ensuring that they last for a reasonable period of time.

The biggest drawback, however, is the comparison to the Thetford range. Having used Thetford chemicals in the past, I couldn't help but notice that the Pro-Kleen chemicals fell short in terms of overall effectiveness and performance. While they get the job done to a certain extent, they don't offer the same level of confidence and reliability that I've come to associate with the Thetford brand.

In conclusion, the Pro-Kleen Caravan Toilet Chemical Blue 2L and Pink 2L do have some positive aspects, including price point, waste breakdown and odor control. However, in my experience, they don't quite measure up to the Thetford range in terms of overall quality and performance. While they can be an acceptable alternative for short trips or temporary use, I would still recommend the Thetford products for more consistent and reliable results when it comes to maintaining a clean and odor-free caravan toilet.
